It is a common misconception that a wedding planner can just show up on the day of a wedding with little past interaction with the couple and their vendors and be able to execute a flawless wedding. Yes! Our team loves designing beautiful, bespoke weddings that include details that reflect the couple, their love story, their personalities, and leave guests wowed. We take the time to learn about our couple's personal style, and what elements of the wedding are most important to them and then create a digital design board that shows every aspect of their wedding day from linens and plates to florals, signage and everything in between. In order to not limit our couples to a set inventory of design pieces, we do not carry rental items but instead partner with several high-end wedding rental companies throughout Florida so that our clients are able to choose items that fit their style, budget, and the aesthetic of their wedding design. We still offer in-person design presentation meetings for our clients so they can see and feel each item before they commit. We offer three different planning packages based on the level of assistance you need for your wedding. Month of Coordination is our base wedding planning package and begins at $1750. This includes timeline creation and management, vendor management during the last month before your wedding, and onsite coordination. Our Custom Wedding Planning package builds on our Month of Coordination Package and allows you to choose several areas that you would like additional support in. This package begins at $4800. The average wedding cost in the Gainesville area can vary widely. On the low end, we see wedings with 75-100 guests costing around $20,000. For larger weddings, we see budgets of $35,000+ depending on the couple's design and vendor needs. The great thing is that our team has experience working within a variety of budgets and can make cost-saving suggestions so that, no matter what your budget is, you are using it all efficiently to provide the best experience for you and your guests.

No, we do not charge by the hour. Our planning pricing is based on a flat fee . Your package price wont change unless you add new services after the fact. Many of our Wedding Management clients elect to add rehearsal dinner planning, or a design consult to their package as they move through their planning process. We are always happy to lend a helping hand to our clients as they progress through their wedding planning journey!

Our team of wedding planners can (and do!) plan events throughout North Florida. The majority of our weddings take place in Gainesville, FL, Lake City, FL and Jacksonville, FL but our team has also planned events at some of the top venues throughout central Florida and in other states as well! Absolutely! Our planner and lead coordinator will be at every one of our weddings to make sure that every vendor is where they should be and every detail is executed flawlessly.
